Customers’ expectations are shifting. They will no longer settle for “canned” replies when they reach out to brands on social media. In fact, 52% of consumers indicated that they will toss a brand if the received communication is impersonal.

No, the robots are not taking over. And if you’re not – at a very minimum – talking about how AI can make you a better marketer, you’re going to get left behind. This is a very short, but very good read. Personally, I think AI-powered applications will help shift the marketing mindset from reactive to proactive, increase a marketer’s ability to react to change in real time and eliminate or at least minimize the need for drawn-out strategy engagements.
